Holistic therapy for a connected & vibrant life

Together, we will work on what matters to you.

And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

— Anaïs Nin

My mindfulness-based approach

Each individual enters therapy with unique history, hopes, and goals. I integrate a range of effective modalities to best support you as a whole person.

Relational

Relationships are fertile grounds for experimentation, growth and healing. We will attend to your relationship with yourself and others to foster healthy, sustainable patterns. My work is informed by attachment theory, Mindfulness-Based Self-Compassion techniques, and other relational therapies.

Somatic

Our bodies have been organizing our experiences since before we learned to speak. Through somatic techniques, we can access and integrate healing and transformation. I am certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1, and draw from my background teaching yoga, meditation, and other somatic modalities.

Research-informed

I stay up-to-date on the most recent interventions to provide the best standard of care. My training also includes Trauma-Informed CBT, Dialectic-Based Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MB-SR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

Creative

For all ages, expressive art therapy can be a powerful tool for expression, insight, and release. The process can connect us to our inner world, inner child, wisdom, and our five senses. You will have the option to engage in creative processes including art-making, collage, movement, music, and writing.

Inclusive care

I welcome you as you are and who you are. My work is identity-affirming and contextualizes individuals within social systems and power dynamics. In order to provide inclusive care, I actively engage in anti-racism and anti-oppression work inside and outside the therapy room.
