Together, we will work on what matters to you.

And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

My integrative approach

Each individual and couple enters therapy with unique history, hopes, and goals. I integrate a range of effective modalities to best support you as a whole person.

Somatic and Mindfulness-Based

Our bodies have been organizing and processing our experiences since before we learned to speak. Through somatic exploration, we will access your body's deep knowing and wisdom beyond the thought level, to find relief and healing. I am a certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, and draw from over a decade of teaching meditation and yoga.

Couples Therapy

We all want to feel connected, seen, and supported in our relationship. I utilize Emotional Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), proven to be the most effective couples therapy approach, to support couples to navigate times of disconnection and conflict, and identify their cycle and patterns in order to relate with care and security. I work with couples of all sexual orientation, gender orientations, and relationship structures.

Research-informed

I stay up-to-date on the most recent interventions to provide the best standard of care and trauma informed care. In addition to a depth of experience in Somatic, Relational and Psychodynamic Therapy,   my training also includes Trauma-Informed CBT, Dialectic-Based Therapy (DBT), Psychodyamic, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MB-SR), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

Creative

For all ages, expressive art therapy can be a powerful tool for expression, insight, and release. The process can connect us to our inner world, inner child, wisdom, and our five senses. You will have the option to engage in creative processes including art-making, eco-therapy, movement, music, and writing.

Inclusive care

I welcome you as you are and who you are. My work is identity-affirming and contextualizes individuals within social systems and power dynamics. In order to provide inclusive care, I actively engage in anti-racism and anti-oppression work inside and outside the therapy room.
